How much does a website cost?
An information website starts from £300, a website with bookings or a shop from £500, and bespoke sites with custom features and integrations from £750. You get a fixed quote before anything starts. Monthly plans run from £25 for hosting and care, £100 for ongoing updates and Google, £200 for faster climbing on Google for bigger businesses, to £300 for your website and social media fully managed. Monthly prices can vary depending on how much SEO management you need.
Do you only do websites?
No. As well as websites we design logos and brands, manage social media, and make short video adverts and business videos. You can have one thing or the lot, and it all matches because it comes from one place.
How long does it take?
Usually two to four weeks from the go-ahead, depending on the size of the site and how quickly content and feedback come back.
Do I need to write my own content?
No. Tell us about your business in your own words, even as voice notes, and we'll write the copy for you to approve.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Every site is designed for phones first, then tested on real phones, tablets and desktops before launch.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every site follows search best practice, with proper page titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap. We also set up Google Search Console and can create your Google Business Profile, which is often the biggest win for local businesses.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and the finished site is yours once it's paid for.
Can you move my site off Wix, Squarespace or another builder?
Yes. We rebuild it properly, move your domain across, and keep your existing page addresses working so you don't lose your place on Google.
What if I need changes after my site is live?
Small changes are covered by the Care plan. The Grow plan adds ongoing SEO and bigger updates each month, Grow Plus adds two new SEO pages a month for bigger businesses, and Complete adds social media. Larger additions, like new features, are quoted separately first.
Where will my site be hosted?
On fast, secure, enterprise-grade hosting with servers around the world, so your site loads quickly wherever your customers are. It's set up and looked after for you, and included in your care plan.
Do you only work with UK businesses?
No. We're based in Birmingham and work with plenty of West Midlands businesses, but everything can be done remotely, so we work with businesses across the UK and worldwide.
Getting started
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in the West Midlands and work with businesses across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich and the rest of the West Midlands, as well as UK-wide and worldwide. Locally we’re happy to meet you at your premises.
What do you need from me to get started?
A quick chat about your business, who your customers are and what you want the website to do. After that, your logo, any photos you have, and your opening hours and contact details. If you don’t have photos or words yet, we’ll help.
Can I see the website before it goes live?
Yes. You’ll get a private preview link to look through on your phone and computer, and we make changes until you’re happy. Nothing goes live without your go-ahead.
I already have a domain. Can I keep it?
Yes. We’ll connect your existing domain and keep your business email working through the switch-over.
Can you connect my booking system or online shop?
Usually, yes. We link into the tools you already use, such as booking apps or Shopify, so your bookings, payments and reminders carry on exactly as they do now.
Plans and payments
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No, but we strongly recommend one. With a monthly plan we host your website and look after it for you: security, updates, your domain renewal, your contact form and changes, from £25 a month. If you’d rather not, choose website only: at launch we set the site up on hosting in your own name, connect your domain and give you a copy of the files, so it’s fully yours. After that, keeping it online, renewals and fixes are down to you. You get 14 days of free fixes after launch, then changes are £30 each, with bigger work quoted.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Every monthly plan has a 6-month minimum term, starting when your website goes live. That gives the hosting, updates and SEO work time to make a real difference. After 6 months it continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan at any time. Moving down or cancelling is available after the 6-month minimum term.
Can you guarantee I’ll be top of Google?
No one honestly can. What we do is build every site properly for Google and, on the Grow plan, work on your rankings every month and show you the results in a monthly report.
After launch
Can I edit the website myself?
Your site is hand-coded rather than built on a page editor, which keeps it fast and secure. Instead, changes are done for you: just send them over WhatsApp or email and they’re covered by your plan.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Your site is monitored on every plan. If anything breaks, we fix it, and you can reach us directly on WhatsApp or email.
Will you set up my Google Business Profile?
Yes. It’s often the biggest win for local businesses. We can create or link it during your build, and the Grow plan keeps it active and up to date.
